Directions from Biggar:  Take Station Road out of the town into the country, past the Rugby Club, continue straight ahead up the hill to a T-junction sign posted to Broughton, turn left, continue on this road for approx 2 miles and we are the first house on the left, lots of houses and farms etc on the right, but I am the first on the left - Watch out for a solid wooden garden fence at the first house and come down the driveway in front of green/ black garage.
